How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favourite pieces to your cart, and checkout securely using your preferred payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes! New customers can enjoy a first-order discount with code FIRSTBLOOM. Occasionally, we share exclusive promotions through our newsletter and social media.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, but if you contact us we’ll do our best to make cancellations before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We hope to expand our delivery options in the near future - sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer UK delivery for £3.99, or free on all orders over £50. Every order is carefully packed and sent with tracked delivery to ensure it reaches you safely.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We try to send every order within 24 hours of purchase. Most UK deliveries arrive in 1–2 working days once dispatched. You’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey right to your door.
Where are the products shipped from?
Everra Bloom is a UK-based brand that works with a small network of fulfilment partners.
Depending on the item, your order may be shipped from the UK, Europe, or one of our carefully selected overseas partners to ensure the best quality and availability.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Why don’t all my items arrive at the same time?
Different items may be prepared and shipped from different locations or at different times depending on availability. This approach means we can deliver certain products faster rather than waiting for everything to be ready in one parcel.
Why do my items sometimes arrive separately?
As we work with multiple specialist suppliers, some items may be shipped from different locations. This helps us keep prices low and offer a wider variety of products. Don’t worry - your full order will still arrive safely!
Can I choose to have everything shipped together?
At the moment, we aren’t able to combine shipments from different fulfilment partners into a single parcel. However, we always do our best to minimise wait times and ensure every item arrives safely and beautifully packaged.
Why does packaging vary between items?
Because our products are sent from different studios and suppliers, packaging styles may vary slightly. Regardless of origin, each item is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
If your estimated delivery time has passed, please check your tracking link for updates or contact us at hello@everrarose.com - we’re always happy to help.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received anything. What should I do?
Please check with neighbours, household members, or your local delivery depot first. If you still can’t locate your parcel, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at hello@everrabloom.com, and we’ll assist with a carrier investigation.
Are your blooms real or artificial?
No, our blooms are artificial but designed to look and feel incredibly lifelike. Each piece is carefully crafted for lasting beauty without the need for watering or maintenance.
Do the blooms look real?
Our blooms are artificial, crafted to capture the look and feel of natural flowers as closely as possible. While no artificial flower can perfectly replicate the softness or variation of a fresh bloom, each Everra Rose piece is designed to be beautifully lifelike, offering lasting elegance without the upkeep.
Are the products made by Everra Bloom?
We curate and source every product through trusted manufacturing and design partners who share our quality standards. Each piece is selected for its craftsmanship, aesthetic, and ability to reflect Everra Rose’s timeless style.
Will my blooms look exactly like the photos?
We make every effort to represent our products accurately, but slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handcrafted details. These differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
My blooms arrived slightly squashed, what should I do?
Artificial blooms can flatten a during transit. Gently reshape them by hand, fluffing the petals and bending the wire stems until they look full again. You can also use a cool hairdryer to help the petals relax. See our After Delivery Care Guide for more information.
How do I clean or maintain artificial flowers?
Dust gently with a soft cloth or use a cool hairdryer setting to remove dust. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading. See our Everlasting Beauty Maintenance Guide for more tips.
Will the colour match what I see online?
We do our best to display colours accurately, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Please email hello@everrarose.com with photos and your order number.
For change-of-mind returns, please review our full Returns & Refunds Policy. Some items (such as seasonal décor, sale pieces, or custom products) may not be eligible.
How do I start a return?
Email our team at hello@everrarose.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 10–14 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
