At Everra Rose Limited, we aim to deliver every order quickly, reliably and with care.
Our products are fulfilled directly through our trusted partners, who specialise in professional, secure dispatch and delivery.
Please read the information below before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking details.
Because many of our products are shipped directly from our partner fulfilment centre, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels.
Orders placed after 12 pm Friday or over a weekend or UK bank holiday are processed the next working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
For UK mainland addresses, estimated total delivery time is 3–5 working days from the date you place your order.
This includes both our 1–2 day processing period and the courier’s standard 1–2 day transit time.
Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary during peak trading seasons, public holidays, or when courier networks experience disruption.
Deliveries to remote or offshore UK regions (for example, the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland) may require an additional 1–2 working days.
3. Delivery Services
We use reliable, fully-tracked courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Most small and medium parcels are sent via DPD, UPS, or another comparable tracked service.
These services typically deliver the next working day after dispatch, though in some cases delivery may take up to 48 hours.
You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfilment centre so you can follow its progress online.
For larger, heavier, or fragile items, we use a specialist two-person handling service.
After your order is collected from the warehouse, it will be taken to the courier’s local depot.
A representative from the delivery company will then contact you directly by email, text, or telephone to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
This ensures the item is delivered safely and handled appropriately.
Because our couriers operate multiple depots, larger or multi-piece orders may arrive separately and, in some cases, on different days.
All shipments are insured in transit until the courier marks them as delivered at the address you provided at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before payment.
Any applicable delivery promotions will be clearly shown on-site at the time of ordering.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
Please allow up to one working day after dispatch for tracking updates to appear on the courier’s system.
Tracking links can also be accessed through your original order confirmation email.

6. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel:

Check with household members, neighbours, or building management in case the parcel was accepted on your behalf.

Verify the delivery with the courier using the tracking reference.

If still not located, contact us within 7 calendar days of the marked delivery date at hello@everrarose.com so we can open an official courier investigation.
Everra Rose cannot be held responsible for parcels shown as delivered to the exact address provided at checkout.
Refunds or replacements will be issued only if the courier confirms that the parcel was lost in transit prior to delivery.
7. Delivery Delays and Liability
While we work closely with our couriers to ensure prompt delivery, Everra Rose Limited cannot accept liability for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

Supplier, courier or depot backlogs

Adverse weather conditions

Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery information supplied by the customer

Public holidays, strikes, or other events outside our control
We will always assist in resolving any issue, but such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or financial compensation.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure all delivery details are entered accurately at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated missed delivery attempts, additional re-delivery fees may apply.
If you choose not to have the parcel re-sent, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost, provided the goods are returned to us in resaleable condition.
9. International Shipping
At this time, Everra Rose Limited ships to UK addresses only.
International delivery options will be introduced in future and announced on our website when available.
